Sheila Northcutt, M.S., P.T., A.T.,C.
Physical Therapist, Clinic Director, Owner
Sheila Northcutt has been a licensed Physical Therapist in the greater Phoenix area for almost 20 years. In that time she has owned/operated three successful independent Physical Therapy clinics. In that timeframe she was also a clinical director for a large corporate physical therapy provider. Over the years, Sheila has developed a reputation with physicians from Mesa, Scottsdale, Peoria, Glendale and Phoenix as the best Physical Therapist in the area to treat patients with challenging and/or chronic pain conditions.
Sheila also owns Creative Vision Seminars, an organization that she uses to teach courses eligible for continuing education units for other Physical Therapists and Certified Athletic Trainers. The therapy techniques showcased are those that Sheila has learned and developed over the years.
As the clinic director, Sheila will continue to pursue the art and science of Physical Therapy and will educate and market the company’s services to area doctors, patient support groups and local businesses.
Sheila has earned a Master’s of Science degree in Physical Education from Arizona State University. She also holds a BS in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University Medical School as well as a B.S. in Health, Physical Education and Recreation from Indiana University. Sheila has also received her Athletic Training Certification from the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA).
Sheila is a Physical Therapist in good standing with the AZPTA (Arizona Physical Therapy Association).
Jo Ellen Caldwell, M.S., P.T., A.T.,C., M.A.P.C.
Physical Therapist, Wellness Services Director, Owner
Jo Ellen has had a Physical Therapist license in Arizona for 11 years and works as a private contract physical therapist. Within her career as a firefighter, Jo Ellen has designed and implemented an orthopedic and functional fitness screening assessment process for the City of Phoenix Fire Fighters. She also designs individual fitness and conditioning programs for Phoenix and valley fire fighters as part of that group’s Peer Fitness Program.
Jo Ellen has been involved in fitness and health related pursuits for most of her life. She is a professional Martial Artist and has competed and taught various martial arts for 23 years.
As a Physical Therapist and Wellness Services Director for Northcutt Physical Therapy, Jo Ellen will be responsible for the development, execution and management of fitness, conditioning and yoga programs.
Jo Ellen holds a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst College. Among her other degrees and accomplishments she has earned a B.A. in Sports Medicine, Athletic Training with a minor in psychology from Park College, an M.A. in Professional Counseling from Ottawa University and has a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling also from Ottawa University. Jo Ellen has a Certificate of Completion from the Phoenix Fire Academy and a Certificate of Achievement for completion of Paramedic Training Program from Phoenix college/Phoenix Fire Department. She holds an Athletic Training Certification from National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), is an Arizona State Certified Professional Fire Fighter and Registered Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. She also is a Certified Fire Service Peer Fitness Trainer with the American Council on Exercise. In addition, she is a certified Yoga instructor had has earned black belts in Tae Kwon Do and Combative Arts.

Pamela Vitale
Business Manager, Owner
Pam Vitale has 18 years business experience with Ingram Micro Inc., the world's largest technology distributor and a leading technology sales, marketing and logistics company. While with Ingram Micro, Pam held positions in Sales Management, Major Accounts Management, and as Director Business Process Improvement/Project Management, Director IM Logistics Product Development, and Director IT Finance.
While in Phoenix, Pam has worked on a consulting basis with a small Physical Therapy group (3 clinics) to bring the medical billing process in house, to upgrade their computer systems and implement new practice management software. These upgrades included hardware and software selection and installation, new process definition, staffing, the development of training materials and training all front and back office and billing personnel.
Pam also holds an administrative position with Metro Physical Therapy of Scottsdale providing payroll administration and other human resource functions. In addition to these responsibilities, she worked with the owners to establish a satellite clinic in the northwest valley and was responsible for IT connectivity, staff training, certification with insurance providers (including Medicare), and the development of business processes unique to the satellite operation, including opening, closing and collection procedures.
At Northcutt Physical Therapy, Pam will be responsible for the daily business operations as well as executing business and marketing strategies.
Pam attended Cal State University Long Beach where she studied Liberal Arts.
